Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with every item you buy from Gradia Militaria. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it. You don't need to give a reason. To cancel, email us with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. Please pack them carefully, as original militaria can be fragile and cannot be replaced.
You pay the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as we can't refund items lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Your refund
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Your refund includes the original standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the standard rate.
We refund to your original payment method.
If an item comes back damaged, altered or showing more handling than needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty, damaged or not as described
If your item arrives damaged, or isn't as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll either replace the item or give you a full refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Where to send returns
Please contact us by email (you can reply to your order confirmation email) , and we'll provide return address details.
