Coin came with various items from an army logistics Captain so likely a farewell/legacy piece for a joint or coalition headquarters staff (possibly MNF-I or MNC-I HQ at Camp Victory) marking the multinational partners who’d served alongside the US before the drawdown.
Coin is in mint condition and is stored in its original plastic sleeve.
