Sand cast silver theatre made Leicestershire Regiment sweetheart. Probably made in India as the Regiment spent a lot of time stationed there.
1st Battalion in 1902 to 1906, the 2nd Battalion in 1906 to 1914, either battalion in the 1920s and 1930s, or the 2nd Battalion in 1943 to 1946. Egypt, Palestine and Mesopotamia are also possible, since bazaar silversmiths there made sweethearts for British troops too.
