Shah of Irans era parachute qualified wings. Unsure if they are Police or military.

Believed to be Shah of Irans era parachute qualified wings. Unsure if they are Police or military, these and my other Iranian Shah items came form an oil worker who on fleeing the country in 1979 picked them up laying on the street abandoned obviously by some fleeing officer.

Note, whilst these did come from Iran maybe the original owner qualified in another country ?
