Beautifully made bullion shoulder boards, top face appears to be gold bullion on black velvet with 2 gilded buttons on each, 18mm and 30mm , underside is green. Unsure if they are Police or military, these and my other Iranian Shah items came form an oil worker who on fleeing the country in 1979 picked them up laying on the street abandoned obviously by some fleeing officer.
