WW1 Victory medal MID, 1937 Coronation medal & unknown medal on bar (civilian issue)

Unusual full-size British medal ribbon bar, removed from uniform.  Obviously a First World War Victory Medal which has a Mentioned in Despatches (MID) oak leaf on it. The other medal  the 1937 Coronation Medal, but I cannot identify what the last medal is. It appears to be possibly a foreign medal, so it is white in the centre with two light blue stripes either side of it.
