This is a British or Allied psychological warfare leaflet, almost certainly produced by the Political Warfare Executive (PWE) or a similar organisation, and intended to be dropped over German-held territory or distributed clandestinely. In the bottom right corner is the Code G.18.

The G.18 code
The “G” prefix is consistent with a specific PWE or RAF leaflet series targeting Germany. The PWE was the British ministerial committee formed in August 1941 to control all psychological warfare. Series codes were used systematically across all Allied leaflet production, and the “G” series appears to have been one targeting the German civilian and home-front audience specifically, as opposed to the “ZG” series which was primarily aimed at German troops in the field. The ZG series, for example, was the so-called “tactical” series aimed chiefly at German troops. This leaflet, being targeted at the German civilian home front using death notices and a fake magazine spread, fits a different series entirely, which the G.18 code reflects.
Side 1 (the magazine-style spread)
This side is designed to mimic a spread from Die Woche, which was a real and well-known German illustrated weekly magazine. It shows:
∙ A left panel featuring marching Hitler Youth soldiers with the headline “Vom Hitlerjungen zum Stoßtruppführer” (From Hitler Youth to Stormtroop Leader), by Wolf Durian
