WW2 Belgian Army in United Kingdom – Breast Badge (Free Belgian Forces)

This is an original World War II Belgian Army in the United Kingdom breast badge, worn by members of the Free Belgian Forces who escaped to Britain after the German invasion in 1940.

Around 1942, Belgian personnel serving under British command were issued these white-metal breast/identification badges (distinct from the standard cap badge).

It features the Belgian rampant lion, a voided centre, and a crowned scroll reading Belgian / Kingdom / Army in United.

The reverse retains its correct period pin-back fitting as issued.
