WW2 Royal Tank Regiment sweetheart brooch.

A Second World War sweetheart brooch for the Royal Tank Regiment.

This is a simple, honest example. It is cast in base metal and nickel plated, with red enamel to the crown and blue enamel to the motto scroll. It is small, roughly the size of a collar badge.

To the reverse is a straight pin with a C-shaped catch.

Condition is consistent with age. The plating shows wear, there is some loss to the enamel, and there are small spots of verdigris in places. The pin is present.
